Win a caravan holiday home terms and conditions

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged over 21 with a permanent UK address, except employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club and Vantage Insurance Services Limited, their families or anyone connected with the prize draw. To enter the prize draw you need to obtain a quote or hold a policy for one of Club Care's listed Insurance products including; Caravan Insurance, Motorhome Insurance, Tent Insurance, Trailer Tent Insurance Trailer Insurance, Home Insurance, Home Emergency Insurance, Car Insurance and Pet Insurance. Only one entry per person per insurance product is permitted. Quotes for multiple products allows multiple entry. All Club Care Insurance policy holders, holding one of these insurance products between 14th February 2012 and the closing date of the prize draw will be included within the draw. The closing date for entry into the draw is 28th February 2013. No purchase is necessary.

You will be deemed to accept these terms if you enter the prize draw. Club Care may make changes to these terms from time to time. You should check the terms regularly and if you enter the prize draw after the date of any change it will be on the new terms. Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation, and will not be disclosed to a third party without your consent.

The prize is a Caravan Holiday Home which is sited on The Camping and Caravanning Club site Windermere, in the Lake District. The winner will be provided with Caravan Holiday Home furnished and sited. The first year’s site fees and insurance will also be paid for and is included in the prize. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The colour and style of the prize may differ from the images shown.

The winner will be selected at random on 22nd March 2013. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules and instructions or are incomplete or altered will be disqualified. Lost, delayed or illegible entries will not be accepted and proof of postage is not proof of receipt. Vantage Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to alter the rules, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by telephone or post within 21 days of the draw taking place. By entering this prize draw all entrants agree to participate in post event publicity, and for their photograph, name and home county to be published.

The winner's name may be obtained by sending a stamped address envelope to "Win a Caravan Holiday Home prize draw", Marketing Department, Camping and Caravanning Club, Greenfields House, Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JH. The promoter is Vantage Insurance Services Limited (VISL) who is licensed by The Camping and Caravanning Club to use the trading name Club Care Insurance Services.
